Jet is one of the better airlines to fly with.

As a business traveller, on-time performance and quality service take a priority over any other evaluation parameter. I have also flied with Kingfisher

airlines and the experience is not that great as compared to Jet.

Jet has consistently provided a refreshing service... like a courteous and smiling staff, and their ability to provide better alternatives in difficult situations. As an example, in one of the flight delays, the Jet flight was given priority status to land in another airport just 200kms. away. On the other hand, in a very similar situation, the Kingfisher flight was re-routed to an airport more than 800kms. away. Now this is a complete waste of time, and the difference in their landing prioirties become quite evident when you have expereinced such situations yourself.

I can do with a tad of lesser seating space... as long as the flight is on time and quality service is provided. What’s more important in a flight is on-time performance and quality service.

This is just my view as of today, and being a regular on Jet and Kingfisher... I will choose Jet over Kingfisher. It is still better, though Jet may not have one of the more modern fleets in the Indian airspace as of today.
