I travelled Delhi to Chennai some time back. The flight was delayed by 40 minutes. The ground staff at Delhi had a really snobbish attitude. The announcement was made last minute and made me remember the
bad old days of train travel and unapologetic constant delays.
Even during the flight I could see falling standards throughout, be it in the attentiveness of the staff, quality of service, and even upkeep of the interiors.
Of late, I have been observing that the Jet staff seem too smug and behave more like government employees, with same insensitivity and lack of concern.
No wonder other private players are eating out of Jets market share.
Guys, we will NOT pay top money only to get bad and inconsiderate service.
We not only want value for money, but also service that makes us fell cared for.
Im switching to other airlines next time.
