Jet Airways has become overconfident and has fallen far behind Paramount and Kingfisher.

I travelled by Jet from Chennai to Bangalore. To catch the 9.30pm flight I left office at 7.30 pm. Checked in at 8.45pm. There was no time to have dinner. Imagine my surprise when these guys served a cold bun and a cold cake for dinner!!!

When I protested, and asked for dinner, they just told me that they would serve only snacks.(we reach our destination in bangalore after 11pm)

Even the quality of snacks was bad and when I rejected it and returned the whole plate, NO ONE FROM THE STAFF BOTHERED TO ASK ME WHY!!!

I reported this to customer care by mail.

And all I got was a long beaureucratic reply that the flight is such short duration(blah blah) and hence they cannot serve meals.

If this is so, how come Kingfisher and Paramount serve excellent meals on these flights?

 Jet has had its good days when the only competition was the lousy Indian airlines.

When  true competition has shown it’s face Jet has failed miserably.

Guys I recommend you all to avoid this airline and prefer Kingfisher and Paramount instead.
