Friendly and Pleasant staff fully dedicated to customer service right from the ticket counter at the airport through the check-in counters to the aircraft cabin. The in flight service is excellent with good selection of meals served hot, both in Business and economy classes (travelled twice in Business and many times in economy).

The seat width in the economy class is less which makes it a bit cramped up especially if you are heavily built and you have two more heavily built persons next to you.

Jetairways can have the necessary technology fitted on its aircrafts to enable it to ensure its flights tak off and land during winters in North India. This would add to its so many firsts.

However, the staff at Riyadh are not even 1% of what their counter parts are in India. I do not know about other foreign stations.

The airlines can offer special packages to the travelles from froeign detinations (ticket plus hotels) to make it more attractive to the travellers. Family group fares will also prove to be beneficial for the travellers with large families.
 
Despite this, I recommend Jetairways to all reading this review as no other airlines (have’nt travelled on Kingfisher as yet) comes close to it in the on the ground assistance and on flight service.
