After my recent experience I suggest everybody not to flight with Jet Airways!

On 5 Nov 2006 a group of 14 people and me wanted to flight from Kathmandu to Delhi with Yet Airways and then further

on to Munich with Ethiad Airlines. We were already in the waiting area for the Yet Airways flight when we were told that our plane is so late (due to air traffic congestion) that we do not get our connecting flight to Munich. IN FACT our plane was OVERBOOKED! After further investigations we found out that we actually would have get our connecting flight to Munich!! That was the start of our VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with Jet Airways. Next they brought us to a hotel in Kathmandu and were telling us more LIES and left us unclear about our further travelling. Once they told us all hotels in Delhi are fully booked, a few hours later they told us the option to bring us to a hotel in Delhi. Then they wanted to send us home with a delay of three working days. BIG CHAOS! Next we had to apply for an Indian Visa which we finally did not need. Then they gave us the option to buy a new ticket at their office which they will refund later. Because of the loss of already two working days we had to agree to this option. Now they REFUSE THE REFUND! Jet Airways not even wants to try to take the costs for the Indian Visa or compensate for loss of salary.

With lies, bad treating of passengers, and breaking fixed agreements Yet Airways will not have success in the future. It will be a disaster if this airline becomes a Star Alliance partner!!!!!
