I have flown Jet for more than 4 times now and every time I have became a more satisfied traveler for Jet.

Being in USA, I have flown carriers such as Jet Blue, Continental, SWISS, Air France, Southwest, US Airways and Indian Carriers such as, Indian Airlines and Jet Airways. I put Jet Blue and Jet Airways are the two BEST Airlines for USA and India respectively.

JET Airways charges higher than the discounters but at the same time the services they provide is worth the extra money paid for.

The aircrafts are always nice n clean. The check in and on board staff has always been courteous and helpful. Welcome Drink and Food has always made me ask for some more.  Flights have arrived/departed on time for 3 out of 4 occasions. This has become very rare nowadays with airliners all over world making loss or switching to the "low cost" ( low quality??) business model.

Only suggestion I can give is to include In Flight Entertainment and seats with more leg room ( Am I being too demanding here??)

I recommend JET AIRWAYS with out any doubts.
