Jet is overall a good experience .
My experience is after comparing serives provided by Jet, Sahara, Air Deccan and Indian Airlines

Pros:
1) The ground staff are available all over the airport - and that too even during delays. Unlike IA they do not disappear in case of delays. IA on the contrary has only one or two people to co-ordinate during delays. The ground staff will approach you most of the times during check-in.
2) Checking for a Jet flight is fast and with courtesy.
3) Flight attendants are polite and professional.
4) The plane is clean and ride smooth
5) Kiosks available in Mumbai is very handy .
6) You are constantly updated on events by e-mail if you are registered as a previledge customer.
7) Inquiry on phone is a good experience and converstion is to the point.
8) Booking on their website is very fast and convenient.

cons:
1) they hike ticket prices during peak season. Indian Airlines scores above them for pricing. I find IA
cheaper many a times during peak  seasons.
2) Only business class has the life jackets.

No experience with
1) Baggage loss
2) Claiming miles
3) cancelled flights


Among Jet, Sahara, Air Deccan and Indian Airlines, I would rate Jet at the top followed by Sahara.
