So last week I had a flight to Amritsar. My flight timing was 9 am but two days before it was rescheduled to 8:35 am.
So I made a web check-in to the flight and I reached the airport at 7:50 am. When I headed towards the check in counter
they said the counter are closed you cannot proceed because you are late. I told them that I have done the web checkin and its written there that you have to reach 25 minutes before and I have time. But the didn't agreed. There were two more people standing there but they didn't allowed us. We even talked to the manager(SANTOSH) and requested her
but she said sorry I can not do anything you are late. instead of allowing us they wasted our time and money.
The person sitting on the check in counter was only insisted to buy to new ticket.
worst airline not going to travel again.
