No cancellation amount was back.. Review on Jet Airways

Last time I have booked my Air Ticket on Jet Airway to Guwahati from Delhi. It was my first experience on Jet Airways, before that I always choose Indigo or Spice Jet for their cheep fare and offered. Anyway during my journey I thought it would be a good experience with Jet Airways, but it never happened. I called their customer care to confirm whether it would be boarding from D1( Domestic) or T3( International) .The number I got on the eTicket was not correct, than I searched on net and found few number, I tried one by one.No one responded. Even I did not get message as Indigo and Spice jet generally sent to their customer informing boarding time and location. Some how I booked Uber before two hours of my journey, the driver confirmed me the location, and took me to T3. On fight, I thought they charged huge money for the ticket, so the food would be good. But it was nothing special.

During my return journey, I had to cancel my Ticket. I called again the same customer care number to confirm how much money I will get get if I cancel.No one picked the call.again hopeless. I paid 6534 RS for return journey, I though some amount will be back to my account, but nothing I get after cancellation, even nobody was there to confirm me about that.So after that I have decided not to travel again with Jet Airway.

Dear friend. I suggest you choose other flight to travel but not Jet Airway.Other you will lost cancellation amount.
