Good Airline. Review on Jet Airways

Today I flew with jet airways from Mumbai to Delhi in the morning flight. I had purchased the ticket online and got a decent deal at

rupees 4800 rupees. The flight was full and booked just 5-6 hours in advance.

Coming to my experience, I had a satisfactory treatment at the airport. The counter staff was quite experienced and warm to talk to.

I was given the seat of my choice. After boarding I noticed that the aircraft interiors were decently maintained.

The flight departed on right time and the cabin crew served the hot refreshments with tea and coffee. I like the food. the service by the crew was

just average. There was a small baby on board who kept crying at the top of her voice and the crew did nothing tackle it.

I used the lavatory and found that it was not so clean. Especially the sink had some weird stains on it. soo after the announcement was made

that we would land shortly and it was again fairly on time. Well done. over all I would say it was a safe and comfortable journey without any issues.

One thing I would point out that my seat was a bit unclean when I first looked at it. I had to get the bits of paper or tissue what ever it was off the seat.

I would recommend JetAirways only if they promise to improve on cleanliness. rest it was on time and well managed. Kindly reduce the fares!
