I had complained to Jet airways on a payment reversal for cancelled flight which I was supposed to receive on the 14th working day starting 6th of November 2017. I have even marked a mail to the nodal officer of Jet airways expecting that they have a team who acts on the mail from their nodal officer but in vein.
No reply and no reversal yet. They asked me for my American Express credit card statement through which I had paid my ticket dues of INR 1564 over and above the consumption of my Jet Miles for Mumbai to Goa flight which was erroneously booked by the Jet representative over the phone.
After sending several mails to the Jet privilege team, they have not even bothered to get back and address the concern. I understand they receive 1000's of complains but that does not give Jet the privilege to ignore any of my mail either.
They did not bother for reversal of my Jet miles of 4000 which they charged as cancellation charge when the mistake was of their representative and neither they are willing to refund it in the future as they have become thick skinned.
Pathetic, Pathetic.
