I honestly say to all of you here that this airline has bad service delivery. I have my own personnel experience while travelling on it. When I was travelling from Doha to Kathmandu it took 5 days to come in nepal! But how you want to know.
At that time I am coming from Doha to Kathmandu, As we all know it has transit at india, Mumbai . We landed there and we are going for check in for kathmandu. At that time they took more time to reach the check out counter. And at last, after 3 hours they told us there is problem in the airport of nepal That time Turkish air was crashed in Kathmandu airport. They did not say anything to us about it. We heard it from the news. And we were waited there at airport for further response.
But they did not come to us and the did not ask the problem while sitting inside the airport. They do not ask even water for us. We were nearly 150 passangers for kathmandu. we all move here and there inside airport. We arrived at 7 in the morning upto 3pm at day they did not come with us. we make crowd and make noise and talked with the people overthere staffs of airport. And then only they come to us and after 4pm they took us in a Hotel. We were waited there more hours and without any food and water . After reaching Hotel they only give water and food for us. I think this all is opposite to the rules and regulation of Airlines.
We stayed 2 days there in hotel . In the third day they told us to go by bus from New Delhi. But it was risk to go from there. We denied it but they threat to us we had to pay hotel bill if we did not go with bus. so we were ready to go with bus. I think this is also against of International rule of Airlines. They have to pay money for us whenever the situation is good. But they did threat us.
I think this is the worst airlines in the world. They think costumer for the one time us only. They do not treat all the costumer equally and lawfully.
