I was travelling from Bangalore to Goa on 17th November, the checkin baggage was badly damaged by the Jet airways staf, and I had a tough time to manage the travel in Goa.
Jet Airways baggage handling team damaged my American Tourister trolly Bag The bag worth 5500/- is of no use now and I am forced to buy a new one now Asked for a clarification received no response.
The way they treat the baggage is very bad, I think the staff is not paid properly or outsourced.
