Jetairways running JP miles scheme for frequent flyers, so I am one of them .this time I thought to redeem miles and book return ticket from goa to mumbai .i requested to jetairways helpline associate to redeem miles and avail ticket on 1st june for 2 adult and 1 child. In return I got the PNR number and got the assurance that will get confirmed very soon.
later 4 days I have received calls from Ms shivangi(Team Supervisor) and got information that wont get confirm until the departure timing.How can anyone wait till the time of departure
If it is so then why JP miles scheme running to fool people.
