Today I m sharing rude experience from the jet airways flight. I have booked the flight for 25th july 4:10pm for visiting pune. As I got late due to traffic jam and in the mean time jet airways messaged that flight has been delayed for 4:35pm.i reached the airport about 3:50 pm and ask the check in counter for helping. He was very rude and said that" you missed the flight and you are not travelling in bus, you must reached on time." as I requested again he ask me to go to the next counter and another crew member did not help me. I just wanna say they could help me if they did not send me to one counter to another. Particularly jet airways staff was very rude. As I got another flight for 5:00pm and jet airways flight which I about to board was there for some delayed reasons. There is nothing like any punctuality which we expected. Seat space in the plane is good only in business class not in economic class.
I would not like to travel again in this flight.
