It all seems so fabulous. But I have had a very unpleasant experience with Director. I asked and showed my concern over insecurity at the time when school ends and all the kids leave. There is no such system where small kids upto class 3rd are accompanied by class teacher and then released over to the designated verhicle. Especially for kids going by autorickshaws Director showed utter disregard and 'sarkari' attitude, saying that after 1:30 pm it is not their responsibility to see whether kids have gone to the designated vehicles or not.
I enquired in other schools (3 schools) about the process they have for releasing the kids upto class 3, and they all said that class teachers accompany the kids properly.
But in this school, this kind of reply was not expected.. is that a big crime to use private autorickshaws...? Director also said that a 6 year old kid can take care of herself/himself ( it means they can make themselves secure easily!!!!!!) what a ridiculous reply it is..
Instead of finding a better and safe system , interaction filled with Defensiveness and disregard for small kids security I have recently experienced.. I just hope it would have been much better , if there is proper attention paid on these basic aspects, than "Dance Classes" .
I had great expectations from this school, experience was quite good in pre-primay dundloadh house but here this experience was really horrible.
