I am writing here to ask for advice and help in tackling these HIGHWAY ROBBERS JAYBHART HYUNDAI and thier KINGPIN HYUNDAI
MOTORS INDIA.
I have been made to run from pillar to post by this company and its hand in glove accomplice and I seek advice from the forum members to tackle and set an example of these thieves.
I own a hyundai accent and after having sent the car to Jaybharat for a routine dent patch up they landed destroying my car AC and now want me to shell out 30,000/- Rs for it to get back working. I am stuck with a car w/o AC in the peak of summer and I have no choice, Niether is HYUNDAI nor JAYBHARAT bothering to even reply to my calls or my emails.
I am attaching a correspondance with this comnpany which shall make the matter clear.
Awaitng your comments and suggestions.
I also seek other people simillarly swindled by hyundai and Jaybharat to write to me as I intend to take this matter to court.

Dear Sir,
First of all I must congratulate you and your organisation for the extremely efficent and prompt customer service Service program from Hyundai. I would hate to interupt you or your organisation from your slumber but neverthelss as a customer suffering due to your companys apathy I would like remind you of my problem which remains unresolved more than 15 days of issuing a complaint.
Attached alongwith is YOUR email, asking me to bear with you for 3 days and someone WILL be in touch with me. PLEASE NOTE, it has been SIX days from the date of my email and I AM STILL BEARING WITH YOU.
I am not surprised at the treatment metted out to me by your Jaybharat motors, as YOU the parent company is least bothered!!! NOT A SINGLE representative has bothered to even call or send an email and find out what the problem is..let alone solving it!! Im sure this must be a case with ALL the hyundai service centres and Im sure after seeing the stink I will be raising ....MANY MORE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS OF HYUNDAI are going to gang up ...I already have established contact with 2 such people in Mumbai.
Please be informed that I HAVE NO WISH TO CALL ANY OF YOUR INEFFECIENT MANAGERS OR SO CALLED ZONAL HEADS MENTIONED IN THE EMAIL AS I AM SURE THEY CARE TWO HOOTS ABOUT MY PROBLEMS. It is your company that is at fault and these delelrs of yours surely follow your example, I cant blame them any lesser.
Please note I shall be sending you one more reminder if I donot get an assurance from you that my problem is being resolved within the next 48 hours. Failing this my solicotors and the consumer guidance society of India shall be representing my case against your company. I assure you I will put in all my efforts to ensure that this issue gets as ugly and gets the maximum possible negative publicity. I am sure I wont have to try too hard...you are making it very easy for me with your wonderful CUSTOMER CARE program!!
It is high time that Multinational companies like you who take the common local man for a ride are put to task and as I understand, this case shall be setting an example.
A copy of this letter is being sent to the consumer guidance society of India for thier records and is being published in the relevant sections of the internet societies that are taking your so called MNCs to task.
Failing to hear from you within the next 48 hours, the copies of all these letters along with all the photographic evidence and documentary proofs will be published in the relevant media and the relevant political activists. I am sure this will keep all your CUSTOMER SERVICE managers and the numerous heads...some work to keep busy for a change.
