i have booked my car accent gle with shivansh hyundai Mandi, himachal pradesh on 31st october with full payment.the sales manager of the company promised me to deliver the car with in ten days.so on15th nov no status of my car booked is confirmed by my dealer.as i require the car for my cousins marriage.i have also so many times called customer care  they also give assurence only.i am really helpless.this is my message to hyundai company.i am very surprised to see such a poor state of the company service.such is the condition of the company dealer that once you book the car with them they never tell you the excat status of your car booking.if they want full booking amount they run behind you .there is no system to check status of my car.if such is the state of accent customer so where santro customer stand one can imagine.so what about after sales service one can imagine.ihave already two maruti vehicle i never faced any problem with maruti.now on 15th nov dealers sales manager told me that red colour of accent is not available .i am very surprised and still want to buy accent.on18th nov iam still waiting my car to be deliverd to me.
