Sanction Letter of Term Loan of Rs.110 Lacks.-States Interest Rate @ 16% P.A.Subject to RBI Directives and Board Policies Time to time- Repayment states 18 months Moreterium Period Interest & 36 EMI of Rs, 3, 88000/- asuming Loan Amount 110 Lacks. Installment Starts after Moreterium period of 18 m0nths.NO CLAUSE OF PENAL INTEREST IN SANCTION LETTER.
Total withdrawal of my loan amount is Rs.1.01, 65000/- Requested to Bank for rescheduling EMI of actual Loan Amount i.e.Rs.3, 57, 371/- & ask the copies of RBI directives & Board Resolutions indicated in Sanction Letter.Also objected for fraudulent method of Accounting.Ask correct statement consonance with Sanction Letter.Repayment is made Rs, 1, 55, 92, 467 and I claim Refund of Rs.3, 52, 936/-& release mortgage.Note Date of Loan is 01/02/2007.NO REPLY OR RESPONCE FROM BANK IN SPITE OF 4 REMINDERS.& Bank trying to recover near about Rs.72, 00, 000/-by cohesive method and by adopting unfair tactiesI wish to knock the door of Consumer Forum in the matter.Requested to advise me in the matter and oblige.
