Family credit was all nice before applying a loan, but once it is processed, the problem begins. Luckily I didnt know any problem during the payment, as it was EMI and did not miss any to face any problem, but after completing all this.
I am struggling to get my NOC on time. All starting with incorrection information provided by the phone officer first, then branch employees, (They do not even bother to treat you like a customer). They are seated in the front office and enjoying their time while not even recognizing that there is a customer. The information that I get for the balance amount is on a huge difference of thousands from the phone officer and the branch employee, they do not connect each other in terms of numbers and information.
They are with their own personal worries and one lady said the branch is closed at 12:30 instead of 1:30 because she had to leave early. The customer service manager promises calls but never calls back. Only when I call the customer service toll free number, they react, but back to same response. One person was very helpfull over the phone but led me till I made the last payment, after that he is also not responding to my emails (close to 15 mails sent).
Citibank loan service was excellent compared to this, as my other load got closed. They sent me the NOC, and forms required at RTO and a letter to insurance guys all in an envelope within 7 days of closure date without a call.
