Scam is the word for them. I ordered an blue sapphire ring from them. We went there to collect it and we saw a deep point which was not there when we bought the stone alone.My whole family was able to see the small deep point except for them .
At last, we have given up arguing as they were showing every stone small deep point low grade, one when I given for ring making they changed one to small deep point on face of stone.
