I had the experience of travelling between Syracuse, NY and Edison, NJ for couple of times in my last visit to US. All the time I travelled using Continental Airlines. The flight can accomodate I believe 32 tp 36 people. The max fare is one way $360 if you buy the ticket 2-3 days back you get only the max price ticket.

On board you get a small glass of cold drinks and a small packet of cracker. The flight time is around 30 min. My flight was delayed for 45 min once.

And everytime I took this flight I had the same feeling that is the pilot was thinking that he was navigating a plane in a video game without having actual people in the aircraft.

Now compare the cost and service and quality between Continental Airlines in that sector and Jagsons Airlines. I believe a lot of things will become reasonable.
