Please do not take a risk by booking tickets for Jagsons Airlines between Delhi and Manali.

Since I had to leave for Delhi from Manali, I cancelled my Bus tickets and booked Tickets in Jagsons Airlines even though i had warnings that the Flight usually gets cancelled 9 out of 10 times. The morning was warm and sunny. I went to the Airport and was confident that the Flight would surely take off. The Airport crew (The airport was worse than a Town bus stand in a Metro) informed that the Flight was on the way to Manali from Delhi and would take off at the exact time.

They checked in our baggage. Just they tied a tag to our baggage and that is what they mean by checking the baggage. Along with 18 more passengers we waited for the Flight.

Suddenly the Crew informed us that the Flight may get late. The reason was - ’’The Climate is not suitable to land in Manali’’. It was the warmest day I have seen in Manali and could not believe what was happening. After 10 minutes or so there was an announcement that the Flight returned back to Delhi and so has been cancelled.
The crew had no surprise at all as they said it was a day-to-day thing.

There was a Singapore family who did not have any cash and asked for their refund. The In-charge told them that the money could not be refunded as they have booked their tickets in Delhi and so should collect it there. They were pleading to others like beggars and finally all of us agreed to take a Qualis and agreed to share their cost.

Then the Flight crew distributed some dry bread pieces and biscuits to be shared among us. As most of us had no breakfast it was really helpful.

I got myself convinced thinking of the positon of those who flied from Delhi to Manli that morning. The Flight reached till Manali and again went back to Delhi and was cancelled... Atleast we were in a better position when compared to them...

So please do not take a risk by booking to fly in Jagsons.
