I alongwith my wife and children had booked our ticket for Shimla from Delhi and back on 26th January, 2007 and 29th January, 2007.  I had got reports earlier that this airlines is not dependable and therefore, I called up during last 4 days every day to check up whether the flight has gone on that date.  Every day I was told that the flight has left in time.  Later on I learnt that this information was entirely a lie.

Since it was an early morning flight, I had no option but to take very late night flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi.  When I reached Delhi Airport at 4.00 a.m., I called up Jagson, only to find that the flight was cancelled.  They did not even bother to call me up or communicate with me about the same.  No plausible reasons were given.  I understand that the Aircraft was given for private person for some elections.

I was to return on 29th and accordingly, I called up on 27th to check whether the flight is to leave on 29th for Delhi or not.  I was told that they will let me know only on 28th evening.  I asked them whether the flight has been regular on all the past days.  Surprisingly they told me that it operated as per schedule for all the past days, including 26th.  Another lie.  It appears that this airlines has trained all its people to lie.

More shocking part is that even after 4 months they have not refunded my money to me.  I have been following up with them for several months, but they give me evasive answers.  Promise that it would be done tomorrow and then do not actually do it.  When I call up again after a few days, they ask for all the details afresh and then again tell me that it would be done in a few days. 

It is my request that organisation like mouthshut should actively work for writing to DGCA for cancellation of license of such airlines.
