One day I was lucky I got hold of support person after waiting half an hour on the phone. After investigating he declared buffering is occurring because that my Internet speed is slow. My Internet speed is 30 Mbps. He said it should be 50Mbps for Jadoo Tv 4 to perform properly. They did not mention anything on their website related to Internet speed. The voice disappear while the picture is there. Sound will break. And these issues are not for any particular channel it can and it do happen all the time and can happen on any channel. As one of the commentator mentioned I also have heard they spy on users what they are watching. The information they collect is very specific and personally identifiable. They do have the record our of IP address and your registration information of your device. Only a technical expert can find this and verify or refute this point and challenge the company in the court of the country they are located. If they are located in India then I don’t think you can do much. Since yesterday( August 14, 2015) they are running almost on all the Indian, Pakistani and Afghan channels all the time advertisements of Aloha Disney’s Resort and Spa and Dragon chip of Quallcomm. I am saying this because I have checked these channels. The Interesting thing to note is you will see any of these advertisement starting at the same point in the ad on all of the TV channels. Extremely annoying and nuance.
