When I first ordered Jaddo I was very impressed by the advertising and they boasted how it has all this numerous chanels and very good internet connection. For few weeks it worked perfectly fine with a bunch loud of chanels and they all started disappearing. I was using WIFI and it was a disaster just kept loading and loading so I switched to wired, mind you it hasn't been any better and since all chanels were gone atleast we could watch youtube movies and now they have taken out Youtube apptoo. Two weeks ago it just stopped completely, I restarted the unit and it keeps downloading till 70 percent and stops, tried calling the customer service many times and there is no answer and no response from anywhere.
I went online today and seen advertising for Jadoo 5 and live sales consultant, so I went on live chat and he agreed to assist with new purchase enquiry, but as soon as I advised that I am an existing customer and my unit has stopped completely, the consultant won't even answer me and I could see him online but not a single reply.
This is the worst experience of my life, going with Jaddoo. I would suggest everyone out there please and please not to buy Jaddoo because it will work just fine for few months and than it actually is a piece of crap around the house, NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
