JBIMS, though has not retained its
past glory with new institutes like NMIMS establishing excellent standards, is definitely the top B-school in the city of Mumbai and among the top ten in India. Almost every year, the institute is able to place 100 pc of its students in major companies and multi-nationals.

Personally, I feel JBIMS is best suited for
people who want to do an MBA in Mumbai
and specialise in old economy areas like
finance or marketing. But if one is looking
for infrastructure and facilities instead of
the goodwill of the institution, then I would
suggest NMIMS.

Plus, its also in the heart of the city which
makes it convenient for people especially who
may be doing part-time jobs.

I feel only two institutes are worth their weight
in the city today - JBIMS and NMIMS.
