The less said the better.
Since we have come Online on PNB’s greatly publicize Internet Banking, all we have to say is that it is never available. After opening their Homepage, we just can not
log on to the Internet Banking Page. And this has been going on for months.

PNB went on to new system courtesy INFOSY’S?, but this has been disastrous. The downtime is as good as permanent. Nobody ack about the error when we complain. Local Branch Manager have been very helpful but who listens to them at the HQ in Delhi where the server is situated.I must have complained to higher ups, sent emails and believe me NO ack at all. It seems we just do not exist or maybe they do not know how to solve this problem. So much of big words and promises to come Online.

We have based our biz/paying utility bills totally on Internet and now we have no way out but to do everything manually, wasting more time than when it was manual system of writing checks and calling on the phone. Trying to lodge a complain on their so called 24 hours Customer Service is worthless as nothing comes out of it. A few months ago the CS agents were not even aware about the simple technicalities of trouble shooting and leave that aside, the worse part is PNB installed their ONline
system first and then sent their local banking staff for training. Now this is what we call strategic planning. Even today our local branch does not have ANY competent staff who knows how to tackle customers complains ?????
