Until unless there was Internet banking was introduced by banks account holders and customers were bound to visit the bank fr each activities.
But after introducing the Internet banking I visit branches only to deposit the amount, as I can transfer funds to any one from my mobile or computer, I can request fr a cheque book or debit card, I can do IMPS which works 24*7, even after bank closing hour even on Sundays I can transfer money to my family, I can do online mobile recharge, can book railway and flight tickets from my bank account.
Also can read the statements, so it is definitely a revolution for customers, but banks should arrange some awareness programme for customers to use it properly and safely which save time of both bankers and customers.
I can request for other services like availing a personal loan, housing loan or car loan through online instead of visiting the bank.
