I think that the complex is good. However, the attitude of the management leaves a lot to be desired:
1. On weekends and nights, parking is a NIGHTMARE; I do think that the road and vehicle users
public have much to contribute (as they could generally on Bangalore roads), but I would think that the management will HAVE to ensure that they have enough organization to ensure smooth passage of vehicles to and from their complex!
2. Point in case, I had gone with my family to watch Hum Tum on Saturday, 5th June. We were supposed to watch the 9.45 show. Please note that tickets cost Rs.110/- each. I spent close to 50 minutes trying to park my car and on top of that the attitude of the attendants was positively arrogant and unhelpful! Result: I missed close to 40 minutes of the movie (that it did not make any difference to the storyline is a reflection on the movie!!)
3. I waited to speak with the Manager (this was at 12.30 AM); I was asked by the counter staff (Selva) what the problem was and when I said that the management had to put in place some order, I was asked to leave my number for the Manager / Owner to call me back. I am still waiting for that call!!
Recommendation: If you are planning to visit Innovative, ensure that you are there at least 1 hour before the show and still be prepared to miss part of the movie!!
