The only reason Innovative is attracting any crowd despite the sub standard service & maintenance is because its the first multiplex to open in B’lore.

Management at Innovative will really need to pull up their socks if they intend to compete with the newer multiplexes that are going to open shortly.

I had gone with a group of 10 friends to watch Main Hoon Na and after paying Rs.110 for a balcony ticket we were told there were no seats available and we would be given seats in the ’’stalls’’ section below with a refund of Rs.20.

The seats given in the stalls were 4th row from the screen which we flatly refused to take.
When we complained to the mgmt, the person in charge did a check on all the tickets sold for that show and realised that the ushers had over sold the tickets to make a quick buck on the side!!
Our money was refunded with some profuse apologies...

The staff and not courteous and the snack are over priced, the seats are beginning to look as shabby and the other older theatres in the city.


Overall the theatre is not bad , however certainly not worth the steep ticket prices you have to pay.
Parking: Crowded- arranged in a away that if you are one of the unlucky ones that park up front you have to wait for all other cars to clear the way.

Approach road: Very Bad, not road as such just a dirt track, gets all slushy in the rain.

Snacks: Over Priced.

Ambience: Not would you’d expect a multiplex, the food court is right in the front, so the entire place smells like one big kitchen!!!

Overall Maintenance: Was good when it first started, but then again the whole place was new- it has deteriorated rapidly!! seats look shabby, the exit stairway smells like a public toilet (the toilets are located close to the stairway)

Should You Visit?: If you dont get tickets anywhere else or if you are not sure which movie you want to see and want to decided after you get to the theatre-Yes- until the other multiplexes open up and we have more of a choice (hopefully)
