Innovative multiplex  is the most horrible multiplex , the only thing "innovative" about the place is the different ways you can be tormented during a movie. Here goes.
1. Parking for two wheelers is available but to get to the lot you have to go through all the crowd of the previous show.
2. No asphalt at all on the "service" (rather no service ) road.
3. Narrowest ( this wud be in the dictionary courtesy innovative) of approaches to the parking lot.
4. Doors are on level with the screen at the back of each screen - so each time a late commers enters viola- you have lot of light and disturbance.
5. Seat numbers ( i dont know why they give them rather prefer free seating) are printed on the back of every seat and not on the hand rest so you have to crane your neck behind the seat.(watch for advice at the end of the review).
6. Steps are unevenly spaced. ( i had a fall on my face during page 3- no kidding )
7. Seat number on the tickets are useless - be the first one in.
8. The ppl are made to wait like a herd of cows and suddenly let in during shows. mostly this is either couple of mins before the show or after the show starts.
9. The "Gold" class is worst than the silver class. As the balcony is too high and the screen is not angled/large enough so you dont .
10. Sound is most horrible- innovative dts.
11. Projected images has shakes/vibration-discovered this during DHOOM 2 when I though this was a camera effect and after interval i saw everything vibrating around me. Then when i saw the dvd I found out the truth.
12. Specific exp- During swades a large crowed walked in after 1/2 hr to 45 mins(didnt look like bigwigs but general mulinational comp crowd) but the movie was replayed from beginning.

Even after these troubles I have seen movies in innovative prime reason is even the recent movie’s tickets are available( no surprise you know where all the crowd is not comming).

Some advice to make the movie exp less pissing
1. Go to the theater well in advance like - 1/2 hr  to beat the traffic.
2. Try to occupy your seats in advance- because there might be duplicated seat nums so you are in a better position to fight.
3. Dont buy anything during the interval - everything is exorbitant (true with any multiplex).
4. Buy silver instead of GOLD class as it has  much better viewing position and you can get out of the theater quickly.
5. Try to leave early or a bit late otherwise getting your vehicle out of the lot is impossible.
6. keep your tickets handy you might be interrupted at anytime to show your tickets.
7. Instead of craning your necks to find ur seat number see the seat in front.
8. Always watch your step.
9. If you are trying to book in advance be sure to ask the counter guy what is the purpose of the queue instead of blindly standing some times advance booking counters give current tickets.;-)
