Today I watched a movie in Innovative multiplex, Marathahalli theatre and I want to share so many things.
1. First, they didn't switch on the AC through out the entire movie. I told one guy after 10 min of movie started. but they didn't. During intermission, I went to ticket booking counter to complain. He said, they will switch on. Then also, they didn't. There is no complaint box at all. I paid Rs.500/- for 2 tickets. But, of no use. Even local theatre is good. At least, they have fans.
- Screen brightness was very low. not even washed for so many months. its waste to watch any kind of movies.
3. They mix water in pepsi whatever they sell in counters. Buy only tins if you want to drink.
- Parking is too bad.i waited more than 15 min to come out from parking space.
Overall, my request is, please don't waste your money by watching movies in this theatres.
Its not innovative. Its dabba plex theatres.
