Innovative Multiplex is realy a joke.Six month ago It was sunday, and I was planning to enjoy holiday with my family.So we decide to go for movie in Innovative Multiplex.I booed our four ticket online on saturday for the show at 5 PM We reach innovative multiplex with facing large traffic problem.They asked us to wait for ten minutes at 5-20, they told us that show had canceled because there is electricity supply problem.There was crowd in hall and they asked them to come and stand in queue for refund money.This is famous multiplex in bangalore they should manage alternate option if there is electricity supply problem.They should use investor or generator as option.There was no professionalism at all in any employee working in multiplex.Multiplex was not at all managed, cleaned or maintained.Everything is costly here.They sell every thing more than market price.
