I worked at Infosys for 2.5 years. Worked as a Senior Systems Engineer. Joined Infosys as a fresher, got posted in Mysore. Infrastructure is world class at Mysore, training is also good. As a fresher, I got to learn a lot of things. After 4 months of training, got into production. Got posted to Infosys Pune. Now training and production environments are very different in Infosys. Getting a good project totally depends on the HR. If you are lucky enough, you will get a good one. In most of the cases, after spending 3-4 months in bench, you will get a support project. Office politics is also very high in Infy, specially for onsite opportunities.
Overall, it is a good company. They provide free trainings/certifications to Employees. Campus is very nice. Food is subsidised. There is also good amount of allowance for employees working in shifts.
