I am really disappointed with Infinity 2 malad services and customer commitments as I feel cheated by you.
Detailed Incident:
I went to infinity 2 malad on 22nd with my team spent somewhere 50k in movie, snacks and game zone. After my team left I was playing in your game zone one of skill game with one of my colleague and her two friends and won small gifts in skill games.
One of your female associate was assisting me. When I won one teddy in one of your skill game which had five levels then she told me to play similar game wherein I can win digital camera.
She took me there and I started playing. At 9.55 pm she told me that game zone will shut at 10 pm and I was at level 3 that time. After asking from her that I can continue, I again swiped my card and started playing and the moment no. 3 came your technical staff pulled out the plug and the machine got shut.............This was really pathetic.
The female service associate told us that I won and hold I will call the manager. it was 10 pm and I waited for half an hour then the manger came and after discussing till 11.30 pm he did not got agreed that I won.
Being a girl I waited for the justice till mid-night.............but that never happened only.
I don't get one thing why will I lie for 5200 rs/- when I can spend too much to enjoy in your mall then this money doesn't matter.
But your system of cheating people matters to me a lot.
If you can't give winning prize then please don't put it as we don't expect this cheating from brand like you.
Is it our fault to trust raheja's?
Do they keep their customer commitments in place and value customers???
I need the explanation on this why you are not believing that I won, why your female service associate had changed her statement and why I was not given my prize???
If you have any doubts why don't you check your CCTV recording???
Hope to get solution of my problem.
