Indus has helped me share my knowledge as I learn on my journey to being a successful teacher. I started teaching at the age of 18 in a small school, because I loved teaching. As time passed by, I realized teaching is all what I want to do in life. I did a teaching course in Bangalore at ITARI and got an MA in Education and IB education certification. They taught me on how teaching is not a one-way street.I was placed in Indus Bangalore which is one of the best IB residential schools in India.
I give students projects and time to do research on topics so that they learn how to be independent and explore technology and different facilities available in school. This way when I explain the concepts to students they are more interactive and have information that helps them understand better and increase their interest in subjects. This way of teaching wouldn't have been possible without Indus Training and Research Institute giving me the opportunity and platform to teach and grow as a teacher.
