We purchased a Gilma Induction Cook top - Spectra Touch, the induction cooktop gave as an error indicating (E0), tried all the gimmicks to solve the problem but could find a solution, at last we contacted Gilma helpline support and got Jeeves consumer services @ JP Nagar.
The idiot at the service center asked as a question: Is the product under warranty? and we said no. He arrogantly mentioned us that there is no support for out-off warranty products. The only question rises to us is, what is the point if the product just works for a year which is under warranty and fails after the period of warranty? Now, where in hell will this product will get serviced.
Strongly, recommend not to buy any of Gilma product/s coz they have no proper support or services centers.
