Bought a new prestige induction cooktop. barely started using it, very carefully after reading all the instructions, and we have a very good power supply, yet this new cooktop suddenly made an explosive sound and went off. it was scary. what kind of rubbish products are prestige making? I just now read all the reviews here and all are bad complaints. I wish I had visited mouthshut before buying the product! zero durability. I dont know if they will replace it as it has a warranty card. but after reading the reviews I would rather they refund the money.
