I am using Prestige products for the past 30 years. Recently, from M/s BALAJI KITCHENS, I purchased Induction cook top of Model PIC 4.0. We hardly used it for 20 minutes, incomer MCB of the house tripped repeatedly . I took to Prestige dealer M/s BALAJI KITCHENS in Jan, 2011.
Shri. Srinivas, Shop Owner informed me that within 10 days he will replace it with new item. I visited their shop a couple of times. He informed me that manufacture of PIC 4.0 was stopped by Prestige as stated by Mr. Ram Murthy, Service Head. I lodged complaint at Customer care of M/s Prestige.
Even after 2 months, there is no information despite repeated reminders to M/s Prestige Customer Care. It is not clear as to how long a Customer have to wait after paying 100% money .
