Hi, I have gone to Apollo last month with my uncle, he has a lever problem and we have heard that it is one of the best hospital for lever problem and its true, they saw my uncle and admitted him for 2 days. I was with my uncle in hospital. They treated my uncle well and now he is fine. The thing which I didn't like in hospital was:
The staff was very rude as I was alone with my uncle and I needed help a lot of times but none of the staff helped me. So I did all thing with my own like finding medical store, hospital is too big so its hard to find other rooms like blood test, CT scan room.
Only one visitor was allowed to meet the patient at once and only one can stay at night with the patient.
They didn't give food to the one who stays with the patient, so I have to eat the food from outside. I know many private hospitals who give food to the person who stays with the patient.
Some good things which I like are:
Doctor came only once to see the patient in a day which is fine. The treatment is quite good and my uncle was feeling good in hospital.
Infrastructure is good, its a big hospital.
So at last I want to say that the hospital is good but its very expensive and the staff is not so good, you have to do all the things by yourself, so if you are going there for treatment get an idea about the hospital area first and then go.
