We are Americans who have tried many private hospitals in Delhi. None were close to Apollo in making us feel like we were in good hands.
Dr. SK Choudhary had great bed manner (people skills) and did a wonderful surgery on our Preemie. We were highly impressed by the NICU staff.
They worked hard to be flexible with our needs. We felt that we were able to be a part of the entire process, whereas other hospitals would have kept us uninformed and un-involved.
All the staff treated us wonderful and would always put smiles on our faces (unlike other hospitals where the staff is too serious and unfriendly).
Finally, the NICU runs like a well oiled machine being led by a very gifted head doctor. She is internationally-minded and her team is a great reflection of her.
For those who complain about the prices you pay for what you get. For the service we received, it was cheaper than I imagined.
The only negative was it took 3 hours for admission to get a room. This was even after we had already prepared through our doctor the day before.
Then, it took over an hour for discharge because there were computer problems.
