I went to Dr. S K wangnoo, head of dept endocrinology. Firstly, this doctor takes cash only - Rs.1500/-(being a part of apollo, how and why this is even allowed).
It wasn't about the money.But he hardly spent 3 minutes with me and without even looking at me and my detailed reports prescribed me of 10 tablets/ capsules per day. And refered me to a dietician who was again asking me to download an app and kind of pushing me to pay 6500/- for the app. It was one of the worst experience I had with a doctor. There need to be a check on such doctors.
I won't say all doctors at apollo are like him. Met few exceptional great doctors too . Dr. Vipul Roy, Dr. C M Batra, Dr. Rohini Handa, Dr. S P Sarkar to name a few.
