I have been traveling by Indigo for some time now ... mostly on the Delhi to Kolkata sector ... and every time that I travel I become

more and more impressed by the Airlines.

Its a low cost airlines but does not make you feel that it is. The online check in is hassle free, flights are on time, the attendants are helpful and well groomed and aircrafts are new.

And more than anything the employees are always willing to help you, be it checking in, or the call centre or in flight.

One more advantage with Indigo is the timing of the flights. Generally very early morning which helps you reaching your destination well in time, and I love it because I can reach Kolkata before the breakfast. Certainly better taking a late night flight troubling yourself and others who are waiting for you.

Though it has never happened, even if the flight is delayed by 1/2 hours you still have entire day and it does not get wasted.
