I happen to travel on this airline on 10th Nov, 2007 on their Kochi - Goa - Mumbai sector along with my wife. Here is my experience.

1. Check In:

a. The baggage screening staff was non-existent. I waited for 10 mins before someone actually came to the machine.
b. The staff at the check-in counter was anything but courteous. They complained of us being late but never acknowledge that they were at fault with the baggage screening.
c. They said their flight is full and so we would need to pay Rs. 100 extra per seat in case we want the ones near the emergency exit. We get in the flight and realize that we are the only ones during the entire course of the flight.
d. No reciept was given for the Rs. 200 collected for preferred seat allocation.

2. In Flight:

* Any question / complaint we had, we got one standard reply : We are budget airline, and so dont offer it as a service

a. No cotton balls / ear-plugs to protect ears from cabin pressure
b. You need to buy everything, including water.
c. The in-flight crew was the least bit courteous. They went to the extent, "It is your choice to fly us or not". Never been near a crew that was so rude.
d. Certain passengers moved to the emergency seats from their respective places and were flirting dangerously with the Emergency Exit controls and the in-flight crew was least bothered about it.

I tried emailing the customer care but no one seemed to be bothered.

Overall, a very bad experience. Will recommend to no one.
