Very bad experience. The flight was supposed to leave at 10:30 pm from Hyderabad, and it was announced that it was delayed by half an hour. After half an hour, UPON ASKING,  they let us know that it is delayed by another one hour, which finally extended by 2 and half hours. They never bothered to announce that, and were only telling upon asking, with a very rude and wry smile on their face. This looked like a joke to them. It was a very bad experience, so much so that, I even hate to think about it, leave alone write about it. The staff and the whole experience was very sad. It was quite clear that they knew the status of the flight right from start, and were trying to hide it, and letting us know as and when needed. I am determined never to fly from this airline, and would definitely not recommend it.
