Just few days back I used INDIGO AIR for Chennai to Kolkata and return.
I found this airlines very good among the ecconical segment of the domestic airlines.. I would like to thank all the associated people to run the fair business... I would like to brief the benefits as follows..

1. During booking you can Choose your seat and it is not like the other airlines who made sitting a trouble by using free sitting policy.. when I travel with my family I am at least assured that I am getting all the seats together.
2. Prices are realistic and that means some service is ensured.
3. The air bus 320 aircrafts are the latest ones with good comfortable seats.
4. The ground staffs and the Cabin crews were professional and transparent in their approach...if there were some limitation, that was clearly told .. there were no attempt to hide anything..
5. timings were almost perfect, the 20 min delay for the outbound flight were almost made up, and there were to delay in the inbound flight.
6. What ever delay or problem happened were communicated to passengers well in advance with proper reasons...no one was in ambiguity ...

I feel this airlines will go long way further if they continue to do good ...
