No other airlines would be cheaper for those travelling from the South to the Capital. At the same time the airline makes no comprise on time managment and service ( very good for a low cost,no frill airline).Except
for some delay in baggage clearance and insufficient flight announcements, INDIGO scores good credits for customer satisfaction.The snacks served on board is priced reasonably though the varieties to select from is very minimal.Boarding at BLR by10 am ,passengers bound to Delhi sure would feel their tummies raring for a hearty meal , which i am afraid one can get only after 2:30 pm. The flight attendants are prompt in service , however during onboard announcements the protocol was missed out once and sometimes the voice seemed a little sobre.Coming out of the airport i still didnt feel the pinch of travelling on a low cost airline. INDIGO kept me comfortable.The fleet is growing and the increase in flights and destinations sure will see INDIGO as a preferred domestic airlines.
