When i had  to  choose a lowcost  airline in Delhi airport i  was  rather  perplexed by the sheer number of airlines  to  choose  from.  Attracted by the nice logo, i chose to fly indigo from delhi to kolkata in september last year.The interior was nice, counter and checkout service was excellent . Sitting arrangement was somewhat congested  in other than the wing area, that costs you 100 rupees extra. Toilet was a bit  untidy and onboard  service was deplorable ,the crew seemed to be unattentive and took passengers as taken for granted, food was only on purchase but,  there was not much to choose from.Cookies that you can buy is not enough for a 1hour 45 minute long flight.I however reached kolkata exactly on time .  Ads on delhi or kolkata streets , and writting " to 35,000 feets" on stairway  looked so  funny  and  childish. I do recommend this airline ,its a good  deal for the money  but it has to improvise on everthing other than the ground service.Thank you.
