Im a frequent traveller with IndiGo Between Hyderabad and Delhi and seldom to other places also..i observed the staff are really good cortious ,though its a new airline you can expect the best and your expectation can start from 100%as all the staff seem to be well experienced right from ground staff to cabincrew.definetly you will feel the difference..
its my openion that passengers go by air just to reach the destination safely and timely not for food that served on board.
They too dont serve food when i contacted the airline official they said its their stragegy to keep the turn around of the aircrat swiftly to provide timely service and ontime service to passengers ..thats very true.. A genuine and reliable information is that even in a fog season the hardly any time They delayed their flight as they have equipped with cat-3A captains who can land and take off in 200mtrs visibility also.and no newspaper or T.V channel has given bad publicity or never seen nasty articles about this airline especially in foggy season.They have all Brand new Aircraft Airbus-320 so technical delays are minimal thus they are able to provide ontime performance.
When i contacted cabincrew they are verymuch opthemistic and said soon in near future they will be introducing catering facility onboard which will keep other airlines in out of sight view distance in competetion.
Ex:One day i was flying by delhi-hyderabad flight..so actual flight routing is del-hyd-chennai,starts from delhi in the morning 6:25Hrs that was foggy day and almost all the flight were delayed by more than 6 hours and no airline could take off before 1130am as the runway visibility dropped down to less than 200 mtrs all the airlines could take off after 1130hrs only having undrstood the situatin before boarding itself they changed the routing of the aircraft direct to chennai from delhi thats in order to reach the majority passengers(15passengers to hyderabad and 160 passengers to chennai)as early as possible.
the decision was highly appriciated by all the passengers
